MyHome Purchase Requirements

Before you begin:

  • Before Homes Tasmania can accept this property into the MyHome Program, rectification of the followingitems is required to be negotiated between the interested parties and acceptable resolutions provided toHomes Tasmania for approval.

  • The Purchaser is to complete the table below including signatures from the interested parties and returnthis document to their lender to assist in the preparation of a MyHome Purchase Agreement and aMyHome Tripartite Agreement.

By signing this document, you agree to rectify all items noted as your responsibility to the satisfaction ofHomes Tasmania in accordance with:

  • Quotes are required to be provided for review and approval by Homes Tasmania promptly to enable yourpurchase to be processed within nominated timeframes.• Works that are the responsibility of the Vendor works must be undertaken pre settlement.

  • Pre settlement items are required to be completed, with evidence submitted, at least 5 business days forreview and approval by Homes Tasmania and, if not adequately completed, further work by the relevantparty.

  • Post settlement conditions are required to be completed within 90 days of settlement. This will be set outas a term of the MyHome Tripartite Agreement.

  • Written and photographic evidence of all completed works is to be provided to Homes Tasmania forreview. Where works are required to be undertaken by an appropriately licenced contractor, writtenevidence of completion of those works from the contractor is to be provided.

Please note that the completion and return of this form does not guarantee that the property will beaccepted into the MyHome Program. The property is not considered to be accepted into the MyHomeProgram unless and until Homes Tasmania, the Purchaser and the Vendor enter into a MyHome PurchaseAgreement, on terms satisfactory to Homes Tasmania.
