  • Bedrooms: Sleeping areas

  • Bathrooms: Rooms containing a bath and/or shower

  • Toilets: Separate rooms with a toilet

  • Kitchens: Areas designated for cooking and food preparation

  • Living Areas: Common spaces like living rooms or lounges

  • Heaters: Devices or systems used to heat the building.

Please provide the following details about the building layout:

    • Lowering countertops and cabinets.

    • Modifying lighting for better visibility.

  • Specialist Equipment includes devices and tools designed to assist individuals in performing daily activities easily and safely. These include:

    • Wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

    • Shower chairs and bath lifts.

    • Adaptive utensils for eating.

    • Communication devices for those with speech impairments.

    • Standing frames and hoists.
